Work done was well done, as expected for a Lexus dealer and its technicians, but customer service was mediocre. Everyone at the Lexus Glendale looked depressed. Valets were nice though.
George was so nice accommodating my service needs on my Lexus likewise to all the staff at Lexus Glendale. Every time of having my schedule service you don’t get bored waiting by enjoying the nice and delicious snack. Thank you Lexus Glendale appreciate all of it.

We have been customers there for a very long time and have even bought all for of our vehicles from the same sales person. We also drive a great distance to get our car serviced only from Lexus of Glendale. Our appointment for an oil change was at 12 noon and we arrived at 12:05 pm. The service consultant did not see us until 12:45 and our car was not finished until after 4 PM. Because of this very long delay it took us 3.5 hours to drive back home as traffic was horrendous. What is the point of having an appointment when it still takes so long just to have an oil change? Our experience with your dealership over the past 15 years has been stellar but this is the only time that we have had an issue. We have you service our LC500.
