We were never called to let us know if our car was ready we had to call they said it was when we arrived the paper work was not closed out Danny was a great in handling this thank you
Everything was amazing, but I think whoever are washing the cars. I think they need to do a better job of cleaning and drying them. They left a lot of water stains in the back and on the hood it wasn’t clean apparently.. that was my only concern with the visit.

*long deep breathe* this review is for the service department. Called to get a recall repair service 8/24. .The representative put me on hold/called service dept. and said the head rest was in stuck and she suggested I also get my key fob as well during the appt. (I purchased my car in April and was waiting on the key fob to be available) Arrived to dealership and was told my appt. was only for key fob and was gaslight and informed there is nothing in their record about head rest replacement. Waisted gas/time and the service tech. did not attempt to even allow me even get my key fob and stated. Left the dealership and spoke with a manager, two hours + later I returned to at least get my key fob and was given a loaner. Key fob service was intended to be 2-4 hours, per cashier. Service dept. called back 5 minutes before closing stating the car would be ready now Tuesday. I informed Mark I would be about out of state and will not be able to return the car until the Sat. and asked to please f/u with their manager and give me a call back with an update. I never received a call. I called the dealership and spoke Brie again on Sunday. She was helpful/professional and informed me the loaner car can be returned Saturday. (I filled the loaner up just in case the dealership needed to be pick up the car from residence before Saturday.) Fast forward to today (Saturday 9/07,) my car was returned to me and driving off I realized my 2nd key fob was not even in the car. I turned around right away and they searched the vehicle and confirmed the key fob was not in the car. So now I'm back waiting in the lobby for key fob that was allegedly service days ago. Apparently their "system"was down and they could not complete the service last week. I don't know why this information wasn't relayed to me, nevertheless here we are. My car was here for over a week and not serviced despite all of the follow ups. I don't know what's going in regards to communication but I suggest patrons double check their cars during pick up and confirm before arriving to dealership for a service. (I did appreciate them for washing my car.) I'm hoping to have a better experience next time :/
*update found a scratch near the top of my back right tire upon pick up. SMH
