I’m deeply thankful and grateful that Sergio provided me with excellent customer services as usual and treated me with respect, empathy & he’s trustworthy. He’s very knowledgeable, great, awesome and honest what’s needed to be done in my vehicle. I vouch that he’s an asset at the Lexus Glendale Service Department. A rip off. $230 to “inspect” the vehicle for a faulty sensor when all the technician did was plug in the scanner and there was no diagnostic done. Was never told how many hours labor it would take and what the hourly labor fee is. Last time I was overcharged for a core and took half a dozen calls to the service manager to remove and refund the fraudulent overcharge. This is my last visit to Glendale Lexus and a likely complaint to BAR.

I’ve been your customer for over a year, and ive been serviced with most of the personal over the service department , and Mr Navarro was definitely made my experience better with your dealership. Most of your customer service personnel is rushing to get you out of the area, even giving you a loaner with problems, moat of the employees at Lexus of Glendale does not care about you, not even a second! But mr Navarro, was so patient with me and took good care of me, he made sure i drive away with a safe car, with all my concerns written down and always responded my text messages and kept me updated.
I will definitely comeback for another service, but first will call Navarro! A professional person! Thank you

Great customer service as usual
All was good just didn't get the wind shield fluid filled up so asked them to do that.
And I hadn't gotten a call when car was ready, I called them. But overall it was very good service

My wife and I sat there Igor over 3 1/2 hours waiting for our car to be serviced. Not once did the service advisor give us an update. For well over an hour I was unable to locate him. Not the service I’m used to from Lexus.

My service representative was not friendly at all so sad ???? also it seems like not happy at the job **** because l have Lexus all my be life and sometimes even that cashiers are not friendly so sad
