Danny has exceptional customer service. He is friendly and courteous. He ensures the customers’ needs are met with precision. On another note. Your service technicians in the back do not replace the caps on the hood engine covers. I just noticed after my last service that most of the covers are gone. The cover is now floppy when I open the hood. Thank you Chris for your kind attention to this matter.

When I brought my vehicle in on February 20, I explained a specific concern to the service consultant. After returning home, I even sent a follow-up text to make sure that specific issue would be checked, as I was genuinely worried about it. However, when I picked up my car the next day and asked about it, the consultant did not remember our conversation at all. That was very disappointing. Regarding the spark plugs, I understand that my 2014 vehicle will eventually need replacement. However, with only about 53,000 miles and just 2,000 miles driven since last year’s service, I felt the recommendation may have been somewhat premature. This may simply be my personal impression, but it felt strongly encouraged. I have been a loyal customer of Lexus of Glendale since purchasing my car there in 2014 and have returned every year for maintenance. As a long-term customer, I hope to receive more attentive and sincere service.
