Tony is a great service rep. I was disappointed in an upsell that I received saying that I needed an engine air filter at an additional price of $102. I declined and found one, purchased one for about $20, undid 2 clips and found that the air filter in the car was clean and did not need replacing.

My only problem, was the gentleman who gave me the loaner showed me how to shift for reverse and drive, but not how to start the engine. This hybrid SUV was very different from my ES 350, and I had to get a neighbor to come and try to figure out how to start the engine. It required a third thing to do, which I had no idea about.

My experience working with Danny and Nelson (shop foreman) was exceptional this last visit. They were both attentive and patient in their attempt to resolve a problem with my car. Danny is my go-to service rep for the past 3 years. His honesty, integrity, warm presence, knowledge, and professionalism creates a trusting relationship which is a rare experience these days.
