had an excellent experience at Toyota Whittier, thanks to Francisco Diaz. He made the entire process seamless and stress free, arranging both pick up and drop off for my car while it was being serviced. Francisco even waited a little past closing time so I could pick up my vehicle, which was incredibly accommodating. His professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly personality truly made my visit enjoyable. It's employees like Francisco who make returning to Toyota Whittier a pleasure. Outstanding customer service! I had issues, needed to speak with management. Parts were not available had to wait days, was not Communicated well. This made it inconvenient for my work schedule. Pricing and work made no sense. Don’t plan on coming back. Ever!!!
