I have to admit I was really surprised about today's service. I've been here before and to be honest I was a little disappointed with overall feel from the staff. But today everyone I talked to was nice and helpful. Mark in service was great, Joshua was helpful getting my order written up. Cesar brought it home and helped me get my vehicle out early and honored my coupon. Cesar went above and beyond. Even the gentleman who brought out my vehicle when I came to pickup was very nice.
They are always helpful and get the work done quickly.

I was a bit disappointed to Mark because he called us while we are waiting in the lobby that our car is done so we went to his post and saw us but he said to us to wait I saw him went outside entertained another costumer when then went inside the car sit there for a while while talking i thing in his CP until he moves that car ahead then start checking that car we waited and waited for I think like 10 to 15 minutes standing in front of his table area until he came inside and asking us if we got the paper I told him he did not give us any paper from the beginning of our arrival like in our previous appointments they always give us preliminary job they will do to our car luckily after long standing waiting for him there is one guy came to ask us if we need help so we told him yes and he help us right away I think next time Mark needs to finish us first before entertaining other customers to be fair to tge costumers I never had any problem with Mr. Cesar Rodriguez he do his job will from the beginning to the end of our car is ready I appreciate your staff who volunteered to assist us and get our car both of them I forgot to get his name but both of them with Cesar apologize to us which is it’s not even their fault but anyway it’s done hoping he will not do same thing to other people thank you so much .
