Juan the porter was exceptional, he explained a lot of stuff i wasn’t to familiar with he was very nice polite and helped explain what the lights were on my vehicles dashboard.

As always Josh did a great job as did everyone else I had contact with on this visit. See you all next month when our 2025 Camry LE comes up for its first service. Hopefully Josh will be the service advisor on that vehicle as well.

I was told service would take about 2 hours. It took 3 hours and 45 minutes with no explanation why it took so long.

I had an appointment for an oil change which took 2 hours and I also requested to have my car vacuumed inside not car washed and i was told that they was not enough staff coverage but they will ask? Once my car was done it was still not cleaned inside. I asked again the service guy and he very looked confused about it and didn’t address my concern. I was future’s with the service and left!
