Upon arrival I had informed the employee I had an interlock device and asked if that was going to be an issue with service she said no I just had to stay there to turn the vehicle on when needed ,they never asked me to turn the vehicle on or “blow into the device “ until the alarm started going off mid service ,she stated that she’s sorry and left a note with the technician.due to that unfortunate circumstance I had to pay over $300 in violations and a recalibration .im hoping the manager made the phone call to the installer like he said he would .ive been a loyal customer of Toyota of Whittier for years and never had any issues until today. I’m extremely upset and unsatisfied with the service today .
Francisco was amazing. As was the rest of the service department staff. They went above and beyonf to ensure my vehicle was in the best condition. They took there time and made sure the entire job was done to perfection.
Mark was very helpful in providing me information that was recommended for my car. He thoroughly explained everything.
