Vanessa was great! She made the process of getting my liftgate issue a breeze. For me personally, it is convenient that Toyota is walking distance from my job. It’s great to drop the car off first thing and have it done by the end of my work day.

I got a text message with a link to pay, but it did not itemize a couple things that had been accomplished and it was a couple hundred dollars more than what I actually paid when I arrived so that was a little suspicious
I’m a very Satisfied customer I won’t take my car anywhere else, but the Toyota dealership, In Whittier when the advisor Caesar said it was gonna be about two hours and my car was done in two hours I was surprised I couldn’t believe it that my car was done that quick very happy customer thank you so much. Listened to my concerns and explained what needed to be done.
My fluids weren’t topped off and I’m paying top dollar for an oil change with the dealer as opposed to another place. The agent helped me out but fluids weren’t topped off. I don’t believe anything was checked as supposed to “for free” I.e. tire pressure, fluids.
