I had issues, needed to speak with management. Parts were not available had to wait days, was not Communicated well. This made it inconvenient for my work schedule. Pricing and work made no sense. Don’t plan on coming back. Ever!!!

Was advised that my cabin filter was dirty and needed replacing. I declined due to the outrageous cost. If you review the picture sent to me by your technician you willl see some leaves on it as well as some dirt. When I went to replace the filter most of the leaves were still on the top of the filter with some having fallen into the blower motor and now my blower motor is vibrating and humming loudly causing my dash to vibrate. Disappointing that the technician would not shake the leaves off before reinstalling back in to the filter slot. I have contacted Toyota corporate to open a case to rectify this issue.
