I had a 7am appointment 4th car in line and was told it would be about 1hr to 1 hr 15 min. I didn’t receive my car till 930am for a simple oil change and rotation very disappointed.

had an excellent experience at Toyota Whittier, thanks to Francisco Diaz. He made the entire process seamless and stress free, arranging both pick up and drop off for my car while it was being serviced. Francisco even waited a little past closing time so I could pick up my vehicle, which was incredibly accommodating. His professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly personality truly made my visit enjoyable. It's employees like Francisco who make returning to Toyota Whittier a pleasure. Outstanding customer service!
