I use a walker it would be nice if the guys who greet you also ask if you need help getting walker out instead of standing around talking to each other. I realize people are raised differently now and manners aren’t always taught. The guy that did bring my car to me did offer and assisted me in putting my walker into the car

The technician move a tire balance weight while inspecting brakes and was touching the caliper and started creating a loud clicking noise when driving. I took it to my tire company immediately and they fixed this. Im out $40 that Toyota should reimburse me. I was calling the service department several times and all times was left on hold for over 15 minutes each time. Unexecptable.
Fransisco was a great help today, he was very friendly and kind. He explained everything pretty well and was very helpful, great customer service!

Everything was OK except that you cut the budget for the rides and basically you give me a ride half away towards my home and then I have to walk half a mile to get home, that was a great move.

Desconfiguraron mi auto, las luces automáticas ya no funcionan y cuando les pedí que lo dejaran como antes dijeron que estaba bien que mi auto ya estaba así pero no es así. Nunca había tenido problemas con las luces de mi carro hasta que fui por el después del servicio. Mi servicio fui solo para checar el aceite, no tienen por qué mover nada más. Mal servicio.
I scheduled an appointment to bring my car for an adapter. I was told it will take a couple of hours. I thought it was going to take a couple of hours and I canceled a personal appointment. When I arrived to the dealer Joshua just gave me the adapter in 5 minutes without explanation how to use the adapter. So, I don't know How and where to use the adapter, if I need a card or call Tesla? Or Toyota app?
Or download another app? I have many questions but he was not provided the customer service I deserve

I brought my car in at 730am for a recall issue and expressed that I needed my car back in 2-3 hrs and was told it would only take that long. I had to keep calling to find out why my car wasn’t ready and finally when I called for the 3rd time around 3pm, they told me that my car was finished and ready to be picked up. I had to make last minute changes to my schedule to find alternate transportation because I needed my car to get to other appointments I had throughout the day! I was told they did a full inspection of my car which I never asked for and was never told they were going to do. I will not be returning to this dealership, I will go to another city, Whittier has lost my business forever!!
