Unfortunately an apology was never given, after explaining that we had to return our vehicle after a recent service visit because the oil cap was not securely placed and oil spilled all over our garage. Only offered to pay for clean up after I suggested it. Was told I would have to get 2-3 quotes, then submit them to Toyota for review. A sincere apology would have been nice and I feel he should have handled arranging the cleanup.
Car was not originally fixed and had to wait an additional day I was not provided an uber. The next day when I picked up my vehicle it was left in worse condition in the exterior area. They claimed to had fixed my side drivers mirror but I still had the same issue. They also claimed to have fixed the window issue but still no progress. The exterior looked dirtier than before the mechanic left a bunch of fingerprints on the hood with dirt in it. Then they claim they were going to wash my vehicle and did not.
My 2026 Camry is still experiencing the same problems after being serviced
I was told it would take 4 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Oil change ended up being 6 hours. I did not recieve an update and had to call. Also, inspection paperwork was kept by porter.
Super helpful and informative throughout the service appointment.

A little out of my budget, but seemed like some parts for repair were a little unnecessary.
Marco was very helpful with getting the service I requested completed, when there was an issue with my tire pressure gauge, rotors, and breaks. He took me back to see the issue and provided suggestions and pricing for the repairs. He also helped me complete the financing, schedule the appointment the next day for service, and was kind enough to give me a 15% discount which I am very thankful for. Thanks Marco, and great service ????

Lastimosa mente no eh tenido buena experiencia llevando mi vehículo al servicio con Toyota whittier me han dejado esperando hasta por casi 6 horas en una ocasión y la última ves casi 4 horas y no sentaron bien el tapón del aceite lo tuvieron que venir a cerrar a mi casa muy mal servicio la verdad no estoy satisfecha con el servicio no tienen buen servicio al cliente y nos hacen esperar demasiado tiempo a pesar que llegue con cita por favor si alguien puede hacer algo al respecto lo agradecería muchísimo,,,,, bendiciones.
