My car was left for service over night. They state they messaged me. Not a call. I was carless. I called a manager to see if we could find a solution, he said He would call me back. Never happened. Not even an explanation or an apology of what happened. Seems like they don’t care about customer service but only charge service and if I had a repair or system failure “ your car is fine” without explaining in depth. I had to ask for diagnosis explanation. I would not o go back here for service unfortunately is the closest location to me.
He was a pleasure. Listened and handled my requests. Stayed in contact. Great job!!

I was expecting my courtesy car wash. Did Toyota stop this service as well. One would think with a two year free maintenance service that would include a car wash.

Very smoothe transaction and the Uber service eas a fabulous help.
The folks who work the service desk are usually quick and prompt and very polite. It does not take long to have your vehicle taken back, they either offer you a ride home or offer you a seat at customer service, they give you a copy of your breakdown and costs before you even leave and I especially love the video they make of your inspection of the vehicle and send it to you that's nice, there's only one small thing I wish that could be done is take a quick second to vacuum the customer's floorboards that would leave the customer with a smile on their face and a lasting impression I will continue to go to Whittier of Toyota because I like it

I was not completely satisfied because my vehicle appears to have been significantly overfilled with oil during my recent service two days ago. After driving on the freeway, the car began smoking and developed a ticking noise under load. I checked the oil level after pulling over and found it well above the full mark. I had to stop driving the vehicle and would like to arrange to bring it back for inspection and correction. I’m not sure if it’s safe to drive or if I should tow it in.
Very professional, briefed thoroughly and everything was worry free
Took 6 hours for an oil change
Tried to sell me a service that I just had performed there and did not need. Tires were supposed to be rotated but the tech didn't check box that it was done so I questioned whether my car was even serviced properly.
In oil change there is a cover hopefully installed back. We have had issues on falling off on road. Much appreciated.
Gustavo was wonderful to work with. The lead technician who worked on my car was great and answered all my questions. Sorry I don’t recall his name.
