Service from the time I arrived until the time I left was was great. I would like to see a small cooking place like the dealership in Cerritos.
Would have liked more communication about the length of the work beforehand. I had no idea how long it would take and was ill prepared for the recall service to take that long. It was an inconvenience. I do however appreciate the uber service. But I think better communication beforehand as well as during would have elevated my stress for not knowing if/when I would be able pick the car back up.

I went in for a 20k service for rotation, oil change, multi point inspection. TIRES WERE NOT ROTATED. I had them marked. Waited 2 hours and dropped off car before 8am.

I’ve been bringing my Toyota 4Runner here for service and usually expect about a one-hour wait. Today, I brought my 2026 Camry for a 12:30 PM appointment, and the service took far too long. I was informed upon arrival that it would be a 2 to 3-hour delay, so I appreciated the heads-up which allowed me to Uber home. However, the vehicle wasn't ready until 3:52 PM.
A 4-hour total wait time for a standard oil change is unreasonable for someone with a scheduled slot. My suggestion is to prioritize appointments so customers can rely on the timeframes they sign up for. I would like to continue servicing my vehicles here, but only if appointment times are respected.
The service was good and fast. Due to the completion time needed I was offered to get a ride beck and forth to my home with Uber. Ater paying for the service the car was waiting for me to pickup. Thank you.
Cesar is always very friendly and helpful. He always makes sure to update me on the status of my truck.
I brought my vehicle in for an alignment. Driving home Gutavo and his team placed the wore out tires on the right front & back; now my vehicle is stearing more to the right.
I now have to return tomorrow to the dealership to have this error corrected.
