Your staff was very prompt and courteous and I liked speaking with Cesar. He’s a professional. I/we were not satisfied with the repair costs and explanations. The cost to repair the 2007 Corolla is not possible on our SS budget. We are not able to buy a new car at this time, so we will drive it locally and I will miss the longer drives in the future. Vehicle tire suggestion not checked properly. Rates were added improperly. Tire was perfectly fine and not adjusted correctly while being inspected during service.
My representatives was blunt not much interaction when I asked question n never went over the recommendation just gave me the total n said here is your receipt n your report. I asked for any specials on the service I took it in for n said no.
