Josh was amazing, top notch, and very professional. He explained my maintenance to me, made me feel welcome. The customer service is exceptional and I wouldn’t take me car anywhere else. Josh is the best. I bought my car there because of the amazing customer service and knowing Josh will take care of me and my car.

I noted on the vehicle inspection that I wanted to get the coolant service done that was recommended. I think because they sent the inspection then Right after sent that my car was ready no one checked what my response was. So when I came in it was not completed

My car was maintenanced in a timely manner and I had no problems. I asked for my side mirror to be looked at because it looks like a clip was missing from the inside. I was told that they couldn’t fix it and it was probably something I did/someone else hit it. I haven’t hit anything and it’s been wobbly/coming loose since I got the car in July. It is a lease and I would expect that Toyota would want to maintain a functional side mirror and offer a better solution than (just pop it back on or try a little glue)

Francisco is good but the three times I've had to be there due to my drivers side window I've had to call to find out what's going on. Not happy with the whole experience. Flaw in the window and it's still not right. Dealer chipped the window and now I have to pay for the tint again!!!

Iam very satisfied with Toyota of Whittier. I have taken my vehicle there for service since purchasing it in 2008 I would never consider taking it elsewhere. They are loyal to their customers.
