It wasn’t Gus’s fault but I wasn’t able to use my pre-paid oil change because it had expired. It doesn’t make any sense to pre pay for a service and not be able to receive the service.
Then when I got my car back it now has a tire pressure alert signal that I haven’t seen before. I asked about it and he said it would’ve $1000 to fix the error message that wasn’t there when I brought my car in.

They broke a clamp and blamed it on me and tried to have me over pay when the part cost 150 dollars they were trying to charge me over$700 to fix . Felt ripped off and scammed

The service report that I received said that I needed to perform some services immediately. Those services include included, changing the air filter and the cabin air filter. Those had just been changed in December! The service manager went out with me and we looked at them and they do not need to be changed. He argued that they needed to just tell me that they were a little dirty. That’s not what the report said and I have a copy of it, it said must be changed.
Like my service. Good timing, no appointment and I was out fast.

The initial ticket was turfed off from Marco to Gustavo. My wife took the truck in yesterday for warning lights and was sent home in the truck with the same active warning lights. This should NEVER be acceptable at ANY dealer. Gustavo said it would be $250 but Marco said there would be zero charge. The general lack of communication and failure to address this initial issue YESTERDAY is not right and a customer should NEVER be put in the position to waste TWO days at the service department.

Although service was fast it could have been better in comparison with other Toyota dealerships. A complimentary wash especially with the price of maintenance package I paid for which was higher than the same package I paid for at the Downey Toyota.
Overall very pleased. However, I did not receive a sticker on my windshield that says when to schedule my next oil change. I like those.
