Quick and fast service, whole team was very helpful in answering all the questions and concerns I had about my vehicle. My advisor francisco was very helpful and the technician who worked on my vehicle was quick and cery detailed. And the manager Whom I got to speak with was very kind and helpful aswell. Would definetely take my vehicle back for service.

Vehicle tire suggestion not checked properly. Rates were added improperly. Tire was perfectly fine and not adjusted correctly while being inspected during service.
My representatives was blunt not much interaction when I asked question n never went over the recommendation just gave me the total n said here is your receipt n your report. I asked for any specials on the service I took it in for n said no.
I was happy with the car service and friendly people who served. But the reason I am not fully satisfied is that when they offered an Huber for me to go to work it was sent for some reason to place of destination instead of the dealership. I was 40 minutes late. I got at the dealership at 6:50 to make sure I had plenty of time. My Huber was due to pick me up at 7:14 am after calling twice to see where he was it canceled after he arrived at the final destination instead of the beginning which was the dealership. I felt when I told the workers there they did not share my concern of how important it was for me to get to work due to me being the one who opens the school office and get sub positions ready etc. yes ultimately I did get a personal ride from a worker who was super nice but that was a total of one hour and ten minutes that was wasted on something that could have been resolved sooner. Thank you for your attention in improving your customer service. Dawn M
