No good on customer service
Appreciated Mark Bautista walking me through the process as it was my first time at the Toyota Dealership in Whittier.
I am very grateful to Francisco—he provided excellent service, is a kind person, and kindly answered all my doubts and questions.

Hey, just wanted to reach out about my recent visit. I’m from San Diego and usually go to Toyota in El Cajon, but I was out of town and stopped by for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed fine, and I was told my truck was good to go. But right after I left literally at the first light down the street I almost got into an accident because my truck wasn’t braking properly. I ended up making a U-turn and barely made it back to the dealership. It felt like I had no brakes, and I could tell something was off with the wheels. After checking it out, I realized the lug nuts weren’t tightened properly, which is pretty concerning. Just wanted to bring this to your attention. Thanks!
Excellent service and faster than usual today
We received poor customer service from your Service Representative as well as your Service Manager.
We have been with your dealership for many years and have never experienced this problem.
Vanessa didn’t send me confirmation of check in, nor called me when my vehicle was ready. I had to call & ask about my vehicle. Instead of apologizing for the bad communication, she proceeded to send me the pick up text as I’m on hold!? How funny that once I call now I get the your vehicle is ready text?!
once I called & informed the gentleman Gustavo of this situation, I couldn’t remember Vanessa name. he was rude & asking me how don’t I know who received my vehicle. He acted like he didn’t know a way to find who had been the advisor. I simply said can’t you look it up with my number ?
Seriously? Need better training for the adviser's!
I came to this location since it’s near my home, won’t come back.

I’ve always taken my vehicles to the dealership for maintenance but the cost has become increasingly expensive and I’ll be looking at alternatives for servicing my vehicles.
The service from Toyota in Whittier was very accommodating.
