Wires were left dangling and fuse box cover was not placed back but was instead left on my passenger seat. If something so simple as placing items back correctly is a problem I wonder what else was not done correctly or done incorrectly. Not the first time this has happened. Last visit a bolt was missing from my plate cover for my oil drain plug and bent my metal covering because it was being held on by one bolt for 10k miles. Not satisfied with the service but the convince of the location made me come back.

Your staff was very prompt and courteous and I liked speaking with Cesar. He’s a professional. I/we were not satisfied with the repair costs and explanations. The cost to repair the 2007 Corolla is not possible on our SS budget. We are not able to buy a new car at this time, so we will drive it locally and I will miss the longer drives in the future.
