Took almost 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation but it was Saturday so I know it was busy. I’m glad an uber was offered both ways, very helpful.

Service was okay overall, but I had an issue after my last visit. A few days later, my right rear hubcap fell off. When I mentioned it, I was told I should have reported it to Toyota sooner, but I wasn’t sure at the time what caused it. Thankfully, I checked the rest of my hubcaps the next day (today) and noticed they were not installed properly. Some of the clips/hooks were not secured, and a few appear to be broken. One hubcap was already loose and would have fallen off, so I removed it myself. On the left side, I also found a clasp that looks broken, possibly from being forced during installation. Suggestion: Please make sure hubcaps are properly secured and checked before returning the vehicle to customers. This could prevent parts from falling off and avoid potential safety issues.
