The wait time was definitely too long!
When I arrived at 7:30am I asked how long was going to take. They told me from about 3hrs. I explained that I had another appointment somewhere else and that I needed the car.
My car was there for 10+hrs.
I called after 4 hrs and I had no update, then after 6hrs I showed up to the dealership, then I was informed that it would take one more hr, I went back after 2hrs and my car was not ready!
Very disappointed with the wait time and lack of communication.
I will think about twice before going there again.

I don’t usually complain but the service this time around was horrible. The tech left my windshield water tank open, my battery terminal cover off, didn’t check my tire pressure and worst of all left hose marks from the oil refill on my front grill that are not coming off. Just absolutely horrible. This is probably my last time getting an oil change with your dealership.
The only thing I question is that Francisco said it was maintenance for 30,000 miles but I only have 19,700 miles.
I never heard back from manager in regards to my front grille. It’s been weeks now. I also keep getting text like if my truck is still at the dealership.

Was quoted 2 hours, service took 3 hours. Was told by Cesar hed call if it went longer. No call. When I showed up at 2 hours he was nowhere to be found. was helped by someone else ( this person did a great job). Would appreciate more communication and realistic time goals.
