Part of my service was SMOG. When I got there for my 11:30 appointment they told me their smog guy wasn’t in could I reschedule to tomorrow. I had driven in one way an hr specifically doing the maintenance and smog at the same time because the drive was so long. They could have txt me earlier to reschedule. On top of that they said the wait would be 1 to 1-1/2 hr. It was 2 hrs and 20 minutes and I still have to get my car smogged. Otherwise the service they did was good.
Extremely helpful... didn't hesitate to check on status of vehicles. Very friendly.

Short staffed so I had to wait for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, lube and filter, inspection and top of fluids. Somehow, they managed to wash my car, but I don’t know what that meant. Was that soap and water washing or was that just hosing off? It was a hot and sunny day and when I got my car, the windows had water spots. I hand wash my car when it’s cool and shady, so I’ve never had water spots before. I hope that they come off. I’m not sure that I even want them to wash my car in the future.
I was embarrassed that my truck was filthy from frequent trips to the river, but had a limited window to have a service done, so I brought in ‘as is.’ Service was completed and delivered in a timely fashion. All items completed in an excellent fashion, which is normal for this service center. I was really overwhelmed when I saw my truck had been washed too. It really made my day.

2 things stated that they needed to be replaced. I wasn't told this until I had my keys and was leaving (sent a link on my way out).
So now I have to go back just to get my air filter changed, which is ridiculous.
Problem was not fixed and I believe the technician did not locate a known TSB addressing the issue
Nhtsa 20-NA-198 addresses my issue and has specific instructions for addressing the problem
Overall, service was great. They diagnosed my issue and had me up and running. The issue is, when they called me to pick up vehicle, I was told it was being washed. When they brought the vehicle out, it was still in the service bay. Multiple grease smudges and not washed. Minor inconvenience but I was told it was being washed. In their defense, they were slammed at closing time

I do appreciate that they caught the fact that I paid for extra Toyota care service. They could have charged me and I wouldn’t have known so that shows integrity in a business. Thank you for saving me money.
Miles was very pleasant; he saw to the care of my Venza as well as my ride to and from the dealership so I didn’t have to wait for service to be done. The shuttle driver ,whose name I can not remember was a good driver and very pleasant. Thank you so much Miles!!
Pat has the best customer service around! Very helpful answering all my question and greeted me with a good morning and got my truck in very fast! So glad Pat is a part of your team. He is truly one of a kind and very good at what he does, making sure customers feel like a person and not just an object.
