Miles was superb very informative and knowledgeable. The service department is tops the only negative was the cashier. Her people skills are a little laxed. She was chewing and smacking gum. Not a good professional look for the person who is taking the money from the customers she wasn't very congenial

Everyone in the service department were very helpful, punctual and informative, and I even got a great Shuttle driver to take me home, thank you all. You will care for my Toyota Cross Hydrid for the rest of its life????
