Zachary texted me when he started working on my car, and when he finished and it was ready to pick up. What he did that was above and beyond- when I asked if I could pick it up after 5 pm, he said service was open until 5:30. When I called at 5:15 to say I was running late, Zachary answered the phone and said he was there, and he would stay until I got there! What an amazing car dealership!!

Hi, I didn't receive a maintenance inspection report. It's not in the text and no copy attached to paperwork. This is the second time this happened. Otherwise, everything was fine. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

When my husband passed I was told to go to Toyota for all my maintenance and get a maintenance agreement. Toyota was the most reliable dealership in my area. And I really appreciate the reliable professional service.
I asked for a diagnostic test because my engin light went on two days before I brought my car in. I was told that if the engine light was not on at the time it was serviced nothing would show up. I don't think that's true. Two hours after service my engine light stared flashing, halfway between Paradise and Chico. I've made an appointment for someone else to do a dionysius.
