I moved to Oroville 1/1/2024. I was treated as if I had been a member since I bought my car in 2010. He answered all my questions, looked over previous dealer maintenance invoices I had. Knew exactly what I needed for this maintenance. Mind you, my truck only has 60,000 miles but I keep up with all maintenance. Great to have a dealership in my city.

Made multiple trips to oroville Toyota for a recall service that I was told couldn't be completed cause truck has lift.that should have been noticed on first arrival,which got rescheduled due to employee not ordering the parts needed.second arrival they keep my truck till end of day then told me they couldn't do service. Very unprofessional with no regards to my having too take time off work an how many miles traveling for the service

I had to bring my car in twice. I traveled from Chico to Oroville. Each time it was there for over 5 hours. They still didn’t seem to know why my interior lights won’t go off. They think I need a completely new headliner because the wire to the light seems to be fuse to the headliner. $1800 is the quoted price. I don’t think so. I paid $195 for diagnostic. Really!!! I really don’t think they knew what the problem is. I refuse to pay $1800. I will just have to deal with the lights staying on. Eventually I will seek another car repair business. Definitely not Toyota of Oroville.

It was an issue that we were there for our scheduled service based on time and not miles. Then once he spoke to another employee I was told that I needed to know that this would be the last free service as though they were doing me a huge favor that was out of the ordinary.

Don’t offer online appointments if the customer is still going to just fall into the regular walk-in waiting line, showed up early for my appointment, brought my lunch and still took over two hours to read a service engine OBD code….brought vehicle back for repair the following week and the repair went ok however, billing had paperwork for over $300 (was a warranty repair), paperwork was fixed quickly however when my keys were given to me, the vehicle was actually still back in the service bays and had to be brought up (I had to give my keys back to service). Staff in service were friendly and were honestly trying to help, shuttle service was good, sales people looked at customers on waiting area like we were lepers or something. Also, Cartoon Network (South Park) on TV in waiting room with young children watching….prob not the best

The service has always been great. Today I failed to notify Zach that I needed the truck at a particular time. When I shared this with him he got the service completed as quickly as possible.

I came in for a 5 point inspection. I told miles that my ingene light came on then off and has not come back on. I wanted him to do a dionostic to find out why it came on. Miles said a dionostic would not show unless the engine light was on. But he would do a dionostic for no cost to me if the engine light came back on.2 hours after you did my 5 point inspection my engine light came on and stayed on. I took it back to miles and he said I had to pay for a dionostic. Then he said he never told me I wouldn't have to pay. He lied to me. I bought my car from you, I only brought my car to you for work. Because of Miles lie I will never buy another car from you or have one worked on by you. I will also share my experience with everyone!!
