The whole experience was handled very quickly and very professionally. I'm quite pleased.
The car was in the shop nearly two weeks waiting on parts. Near the end I accumulated five voicemails on your system with my service rep Joseph and his partner Ethan over three days trying to get a status report. I finally called the parts department to ascertain that not all the parts were in yet.
I drove from Pennsylvania to visit our daughter in Denver, while driving we heard a noise on drivers side rear of Tucson. I took our car there today and told them the problem. I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive back home to Pa. Within in a few minutes I was told a shock was leaking and it was safe to drive back home. My wife and I thank you for your professional service and even washing our Tucson, thanks to all involved.
After the horrible experience we had with Foundation Hyundai, we drove across town to have Planet Hyundai do our warranty work. Zach was amazing and provided exceptional customer service! Not only was our car finished ahead of the promised time, he had it washed for us as well! I'll definitely schedule with Zach for our future needs. Thanks Zach and team for taking care of us!

When we made the appointment a couple of weeks ago we told them there was a recall that needed to be taken care of but what was needed to take care of the recall wasn’t ordered so they didn’t fix it. We live over 2 hours away from the nearest dealership so it takes planning for us to get service. Not happy that they didn’t get what was needed even though we made them aware of it.
Everything regarding the service of my vehicle was satisfactory. However, I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change, this was my first time coming to the dealership for service so I guess I didn’t know what to expect but 2 hours seemed a little crazy to me. The longest I’ve ever waited elsewhere was maximum an hour. Another woman was also in the waiting room for the duration of my wait, and when I asked her how long she had been there she said 3 hours for an oil change. We decided to go down to the service desk to see how much longer as I had requested only an hour off of work and was starting to get stressed. When we spoke to someone at the desk, my vehicle was in the bay waiting and he then handed me my paper work. I didn’t ask how long it had been ready for but was a bit frustrated that I wasn’t notified when the car was actually ready. I know things happen and perhaps I came in on an off day, but wanted to leave feedback about the wait time.
I was extremely pleased with the service provided.
Drew was very attentive and answered all of our questions. He explained all the services and made sure we were comfortable. He truly cared and gave us some helpful tips because we are new to the area. Thank you!
I was not given a receipt for the service completed on my vehicle. I keep track of my service records for warranty purposes. I don’t know what was done. It hasn’t shown up on my blue link app either.

Work came in slightly under bid, happy things have me safe on the road now.
There is no timely repair and communication. The service people just keep the vehicles no end. There is little communication. Staff is not knowledgeable.
