Joseph was very nice and helpful. I was disappointed with how long it took to get a fog light fixed on my car since I made an appointment on Saturday morning and it was ready until Wednesday — causing me to have to find alternative transit to get to work during the week without a car.
Zach has once again been efficient, courteous, and very helpful.

The staff was very helpful, assured me that I did not need any service at the current time, and that waiting until I hit 8000 miles past my last oil change would not effect my warranty or complimentary maintenance. A fantastic experience all around as usual.

Unfortunately, an apparent error occurred which was out of his control, which caused my wait for the tire replacement to total nearly 6 1/2 hours— I arrived at 1035, and the work on my car was not completed until 5pm. I hope that I will never experience such a wait again—up until now I have been so satisfied with service my car has received at Planet Hyundai.
I have been having for over a year an issue with a loose bumper since August 2023 when I brought the car for an AC replacement. Andrew was very patience with me and my request since i was very dependable of a car working 100 miles away and as going through difficult personal situation. He recommended when to set an appointment and that will help fix the car. Finally I feel I got my car back and fixed all beacause of him. We need people in charge like him that care for people and offer high level service. Thank you.

The sole reason for dropping my car off was the fan shutting down with auto idle. I was told that is a normal feature of auto idle. I should have been told that before I emptied my car, dropped it, got a ride home, borrowed another car for work, left work early to pick up my vehicle, waited for an Uber to pick up my vehicle, waited for my car. All this inconvenience and hassle for something that the multiple people I spoke to about the problem while scheduling the appointment should have been told that it is how the feature worked. Know your product better.
