70 dollars for wiper blades is such a ridiculous price!! I knew it would be expensive to get them changed at a dealership but 70 dollars!!! Really?!?! Also, the person who checked me out (different from the person who checked me in) was rude and abrupt. This is the second time he’s been this way.

Always super impressed by the service I receive here! I called at 7am Monday, they were able to receive my car by 10:30am, fixed the issue and got my car back to me by noon on Tuesday. All covered under warranty! This dealership is about 30 min from my house, but I still choose to come here because it’s always worth the drive!

I would like to have been able to observe the mechanic as he performed the work on my car. I would like to know more about the hourly rate and the time that it took to accomplish the various tasks. 6 1/2 hours for a one hour recall upgrade plus an oil change. Really?! Lyft shuttle between your facility and my home. Nice touch.

The problem was not resolved. There might be a resolution pending waiting new TSB from Hyundai. Planet Hyundai should bring this problem to Hyundai to get resolution asap, instead of waiting for the new TSB to be issued, I did not see this is done by the Service Advisor. If customer was only asked to wait, until when? Until the warranty period is expired?

I was there 2 times in a 2 week span for an engine light issue on a 5 month old car. First experience was with Andy Roswell. He was rude and condescending. More respectful once my husband got there but still a jerk. Next experience was with Ethan Stigall. Nice young man but poor communication. Did not reach out about the car and did not return phone calls. My husband called Mitch Sandoval several times and he conveniently was never in and didn’t return calls. Only good experience was with Drew Smith who seemed to care about customer service. I won’t be back there for service.

I Wasted a trip down to the service center having to take off work only to come to find out that my Hyundai ionic doesn’t recommend a service visit until 8000 miles. When you call to make an appointment that’s something that they should ask so that now I don’t have to takeoff more work to come back in 2000 miles on my vehicle.

I picked up my vehicle from service on Monday. The technician was not able to duplicate the problem with the nav system. As soon as I picked it up it started looping. I pulled into the service bay and an advisor recorded a video of the issue with his phone. He said Joseph was not available and the technician that worked on my car for this order was not in till Tuesday. He said he would give the technician the video and have Joseph follow up with me. I have heard nothing this week.
