Very fast service this time
We arrived an hour early for a scheduled appointment and after checking, found out our car had not been taken back over 90 minutes after the scheduled time. We dropped off our car at 12:30 for a 1:30 appointment and our car was not done until 4 PM. No communication from service department.
It seemed to be a challenging Monday everywhere today including at Lexus Service Center. But you all stayed on track and cheerful even with the computer system not working properly and maybe a little short staffed? Thank you for taking care of my Furiosa.
Roberto had 6 clients at the same time and struggled to get back to people about their wait times, which made some clients angry.
Maybe his work load could be divided out more evenly amongst all the service providers?!

Several technical challenges arose during the implementation of this service. The primary issue was electrical in nature and proved to be highly complex to diagnose. I reserve further comments until the mission has been deemed successful, i.e., until the problems have been resolved.
We came in to get help with Apple CarPlay being able to use Google Maps. Service tech told us it would not work on our 2021 Lexus. Claimed it was not supported. It is and I was able to get it to work once I got home. Service tech did change the wipers as requested, but our main reason for scheduling an appointment was to get the CarPlay working properly.
