Anthony did clear up a few questions I had we got the oil changed at 5000 and did not realize that we could’ve waited till 10,000 to get the oil changed but he explained it in full. I’ll know next time and hopefully we won’t need any service before then? Thank you.

I originally made an appointment for April 23 to have my tires switched to summer tires. When I arrived, there was no record of my appointment and my tires had not been delivered to your N Nevada location. I made another appointment to come back on April 25. The truth is, it did not cause major disruption to my day but while your associate was pleasant and polite, there was no acknowledgement of nor apology for the inconvenience caused for me, the customer. This really surprised me because I have traditionally experienced exceptional customer service with Lexus. I hope this was an anomaly because it's below what I think of as normal for Lexus.
Roberto was great! He welcomed me to Lexus right away, assessed my vehicle for any recalls that may exist and promptly kept my service moving in a professional and timely manner. Once complete, Roberto thoroughly reviewed all the details and service that took place ensuing my vehicle was 100% services and ready to drive!! I certainly enjoyed my visit while at Lexus of Colorado Spring!
