You were told in advance the truck was booked yet we had to wait for your team to get an oil filter in for 3 hours. Next time, please use the VIN provided and have this ready for the service appointment. The oil filter is a given to be fitted every time not optional so please do this.

Phillip Quinn was the absolute best! He gave us a quick tour of the waiting area and kept me posted as to the progress of my vehicle! The car was serviced and returned after a nice wash! I had an unusual occurrence happen with my brand new Lexus. I was feeling unsure of what to do so I called the service center. They were very helpful and got me into the shop immediately. A loaner car was ready for me so I could go on to work. They communicated with me during the day and all was resolved by the time I picked up my car after my work. It was a great and seamless encounter and I thank Roberto **** for setting my mind at ease.
