Both of my Sideview mirrors were to be re-masked. They only did the driver side. The passenger side is still messed up.

The customer service was excellent! The car is running amazing! Very happy with those aspects. However, there is a dent on my passenger cargo side that was not there when I brought it in. The last time I brought it to Lexus, there was a chip in my windshield. When I picked it up, it was an entire crack down the center. I’m not sure what the cause of these are. That’s very frustrating. But it’s difficult to want to come back to Lexus when stuff like this happens.
Roberto was fine, I like the drive and write up process. I run a service department at a dealership and have high standards. If I can give your organization one tip: have your advisors get a parts quote amd provide one price. I was getting a key made and had stopped by a couple weeks ago to order parts, instead of the receptionist taking me to the advisors to take a single order. She called a parts person who came out and got my info to order it and then took me to an advisor to schedule. I find its much easier and provides less confusion when you just give one price for the whole (insert request here). The parts person also did not order a new key blade which was also something I wanted and had asked for. Roberto got me one ordered but kept breaking down the price and seemed to be worried I wouldn't buy. Be confident! I came to you and your price is your price! Giving people break downs gives them the option to shop around and costs you business. Roberto was great just a tip from someone in fixed ops.
