Roberto **** did an excellent job today interacting with me about a problem with my vehicle. He communicated clearly, was extremely polite and friendly. While my vehicle was being serviced, he checked in with me a couple of times to give me updates about how the servicing was going and gave me time estimates for how long it would take. I felt very reassured that my vehicle was being taken care of and that the problem was being taken seriously. Without my mentioning it, Mr **** noticed that my address was a two hour drive from the dealership and he took the extra measure of seeing that the servicing was done while I waited so that I could drive home with my vehicle instead of having to come back another day to pick it up.
Robert was outstanding and took care of us immediately when I came in with issues with my car. We’ve always have had excellent service with Lexus of Colorado Springs.
Very responsive on my emailed coolant replacement queries and I’ll contact him in the near future for brake fluid replacement and an alignment.

Our vehicle needed a part according to diagnosis done even though it was expensive and not really needed we ordered it,vafter almost two weeks we called to see what the hold up was, they said it was here for about a week but nobody bothered to call, so we make an appointment and after my car was there all day, they found out it wasn't the correct thing wrong with my car. Diagnosis said it was the amplifier but comes to find out it was the $4500 radio. We declined that expense and think there's lots of incompetency going on there, no one communicated with anyone on their "team" and made us deal with that, I'd rather buy another car not Lexus if that's the way this dealership in ran. I don't know why you want these surveys done, nothing is ever accomplished from them, in my opinion.
