He went thoroughly through the vehicle history with me .. and did the manufacture recommended maintenance as per the mileage. My husband and I had gone through it at home so I was equipped to tell him what was needed to be done if he missed anything.

There was a bit of confusion because of some missing hardware, but it was not the fault of Lexus. They were patient while I got it straightened out and I'm very pleased. Having the loaner vehicle for the extra time confirmed what I want for my next vehicle too!

The purpose for the car at your service center was to fix the engine high temp alarm. Not to change the oil and rotate the tires. Once i was able to speak with the service rep to discuss the issue.
