I came in late one afternoon with a low tire pressure warning. Philip clarified the intermittent warning light and assured me if the situation occurred again it could easily be remedied. Great service and very positive attitude!

I was promised a loaner vehicle during my servicing. When I arrived there was nothing available. I was told I could wait in the lobby for an hour and a half. But I had already made other commitments that morning. So I had to reschedule. This is not the level of service I expect from a high-quality operation like Lexus.

This is in regard to the new location. The immediate Service area is a lot less comfortable without chairs to use. I had to wait several times today at the Sevrvice Advisors’ Desk. I wanted to sit and wait or place my belongings on a chair while waiting. It’s hard to understand how a new Lexus location can be so short sighted about customer service and comfort.

Every time I called the service department, nobody would answer. I finally had to come in to the dealership to get my questions answered. Rob took good care of me but the other service advisors need more training. When the dealership was on top of motor city, it was much easier to communicate with the service department.

I am appreciative to Lexus for the video that they send me when repairing my vehicle and showing me the problems. I am also appreciative for the loaner vehicle that allows me to get to work and not worry about my vehicle being repaired and it gives the team at Lexus the time to take care of my vehicle throughly.
