Setting up the appt and arrival was satisfactory. Picking up the vehicle was unsatisfactory!! At 5pm, I had to go search for a service advisor, then was handed my keys. I had to ask where my truck was…. Any other dealership I’ve been to has brought the vehicle up and then taken the paper foot protector off so I knew greasy feet where not on my “carpet” protectors. Many times it’s been run through a quick car wash as well…

Better experience than previous ones. They stuck to the service service I requested and informed me of a recall. They indicated they would reschedule out when parts and appointments are available.
