To be extremely clear, Riley was an amazing worker through every aspect all around. My complaint is about the so called SERVICE MANAGER who was extremely rude to me when I tried to call and inquire about one issue I had during the repairs. So rude in fact that I didn't even know who was calling me nor did he even offer his name. He should lose his job immediately since he definitely does not know how to speak to a customer and judging by the multiple complaints about him on yelp and google reviews I would hope he didn't keep his job as he's been rude to customers for months.
Thank you for not trying to upsell additional services work. Everything is getting more and more expensive but would much prefer to bring my car to the dealership if the costs don’t exceed expectations.

The service itself was fine, but I thought with an appt I'd be it of there in less than an hour vs an hour and forty min.
Parts and service team was amazing. The lounge area was great.
Margaret explained clearly the service to be done on my jeep. A knowledgable and accommodating advisor. Hence, my ongoing visit to this dealership.
Unfortunately 6 weeks to repair is too long I went elsewhere for 1/2 the cost. The staff was pleasant.

Worst service department ever. You called me to Shceaduele an appointment for me on a Saturday at 8am for a recall. I was there with a few other customers at like 750 something. We all showed up before you even opened. Fardin signed me in and I sat down. I realize that I forgot to ask the how long I would be expected to wait. I got up and asked, I was told it would be a 3 hour wait because there were a few people in front of me. I left. Fardin Ali is the worst. I haven't taken any of my vehicles back to you in a year but for some reason I just got a text saying my vehicle is ready for pick up. Then you ask me for my feedback. What a joke.
I may need to stop in. Not sure if DEF was added. The gauge has not moved yet. Thanks!

Fardin exceeded my expectations during my recent visit to MH CDJ. He took care of my Jeeps issue and got my vehicle fixed and back in operating condition quickly. He had excellent communication keeping me informed on the situation throughout the process. I can assure you that I will be sharing this experience with my friends and colleagues.
The service was good. Dealerships used to give a courtesy car wash.....what happened? It's the little things that can make the difference.
Solving my service issue will need another attempt. It was not a first time go. I am not convinced that the power side steps caused the battery to die at the dealership. They have been on for a couple months before arrival. Hopefully the headlight replacement will be an easy fix. I hope to have a loaner vehicle instead going to enterprise next time.

There was nobody to help me at the service desk. I had to walk around and find someone to help me.
