Christopher is great! Second time I've worked with him and his energy and positive attitude are always welcoming in the morning. He listens to my questions and physically shows me the answer if possible instead if just telling me. I will continue to work with Christopher.

Lack of communication from service dept the last week while car in service. Text message received saying to text back with questions. I texted multiple times asking for an update, no response. Received text to pickup vehicle. Arrived and asked why no one had responded to me. Was told no voicemails were received and that text messaging system is “automated”. No apology or any acknowledgment of my concern whatsoever.
Waiting on parts to complete repairs to my vehicle. This is the fourth jeep dealership I have tried due to poor service. I would highly recommend this dealership, Riley, and the technician who worked with me on my vehicle Nick Voshall. Look forward to coming back and working with this team!

Dennis was the guy that helped me the first time I brought it in. He was honestly terrible didn't seem to know how to work his tablet. Was rude to my wife like she doesn't know anything. I don't need to deal with his Attitude
Price paid was not what I was expecting according to the booking online price provided for my service. Also was not given an estimate to sign when I checked in for my appointment, they used to provide an estimate and had you sign it.
Service was fast, so that was a plus as I was waiting and noted that when I made my appointment.
