When I purchased my BRAND NEW truck from this dealership, my truck never got the exterior and interior cleaning like I was promised.
I came in for recalls and maintenance, I told the service tech that took my truck this information and was expecting a clean truck when picking up my vehicle. I believe this is going to be my last time coming to this dealership.
Chris the service writer is awsome and very knowledgeable about my Ram 1500. I will not take my truck anywhere else but Morgan Hiil Dodge.
Riley was great at addressing my issues. This was the second time that I brought in my vehicle in the span of 2 years. I had an engine light come on and Riley didn’t even hesitate or pushed me away. He immediately took my vehicle in and started getting a diagnosis.
Above all that, I was not under warranty, but it turns out the last time that I had brought it in I was 1 day under or over my warranty so he was able to escalate this and I was able to get the repairs under warranty. I would make sure Riley stays here and deserves recognition for the hard work and dedication he has to help his customers. Riley went way above and beyond. Truly grateful he was able to help. I will be coming back!

We brought 2 Jeep Wrangler 4XE today in for service without an appointment and were very surprised that not only that can accommodate us but also got it done in a timely manner. This is a very 1st for us with the Morgan hill Jeep services. We are very satisfied and definitely will Refer this service center. We also wanted to point out that service advisor Riley was outstanding service and kept us updated through out the process with text messaging. Great guy.
Chris was really professional and helpful. My afternoon got busy but he was able to communicate to me clearly about my ram pick up even though the service department closed. 2nd time he’s helped me with my car service.
Riley was great to deal with. He was very efficient and communicative throughout the whole service. It was a very positive experience again.

I really wish we had better communication. We were without our vehicle for 10 days and had to be proactive to find out when it would be completed. Even when we did, we did not get accurate information, the date a moving target…multiple times. We were last informed it would be ready Tuesday but didn’t get a call it was completed until Thursday.
