Margret was very helpful and supportive. It felt like my truck was in ER and I was waiting for the diagnostic results. Margret assured me all the way, she also had a shuttle pick me up to get my truck. I was so happy to get my truck and bring it back home. The mechanics were very good too, double checking everything. The parts department also changed out my low battery in my key and said no charge. My whole family was very impressed with the Dealership. Thank you again.

First time coming in for maintenance. Prior to this it was diagnostic and repair of my Jeep. This time with the Ram I appreciated Margaret and Robert (from the shop) making everything easy and timely. Glad they were available on Saturday after the holiday. Despite living closer to other Ram dealerships I will continue to go to Morgan Hill Ram.
