I bought a new truck thinking there would be no problems. Check engine light turned on at 1000 miles, took it in, they turned it off and then it came back on, the trucks been at the dealer more than anything. Needed this for work so it’s important for me to have my truck. Not offered a vehicle to drive meanwhile, 20k lost in a week because I didn’t have my truck for work.

You guys are so unorganized, you send me a message to pick up my truck??.,,still waiting on my custom parts you threw in the trash when i last had work done. Now you send me a text asking me to rate my experience with you !! -WTH-. I feel sorry for your sales department when your service department is so disappointing.
Margaret delivered my Jeep as promised. She washes it for me and I got to pick my duck to match my favorite team.
Service was super fast. All workers were very friendly. I had an off putting experience at the capital gmc, so coming here in morgan hill was refreshing. I will for here on out bring my car here.

They should put down the torque specs for when they’re rotating your tires and the air pressure it just let customers know that it was actually done
