This is the second time that they turned off my lights from auto lights, and I drove on the highway in the dark, not knowing my lights were off because they turned it off and then didn’t turn on again that is dangerous for me and my family.
Damon is a super nice guy who took care of me greatly. The staff is very welcoming and I enjoyed my experience there.
The front desk guy was wonderful and you really need to staff that area better. He was up there alone while the other guy was off. I came up to check on my vehicle and was waiting in line and the other guy took the woman who came in after I was standing there. I was not aware it would take over an hour for an oil change. I was given the opportunity to add more things on that I didn’t want. There is NO WAY IN HELL I’m paying 70 for a cabin filter. I honestly have received such bad service from here the last three times I have been in, so I’m out. I called to complain and felt like I was being appeased to instead of heard. Don’t continually tell me I’m right. Fix your system. Be honest about wait times. And don’t charge me an arm and a leg and a kidney for a service that doesn’t warrant it. Now that my lien is over and I own the car fully, I’ll be bringing my service elsewhere, maybe even a different dealership. I am a single mom and I felt robbed today of not only my time but also money that I work too hard for.

Damon has great customer service skills. Although my vehicle had a engine light on the technicians could not find a code or anything that showed why it happened. They apologize for not being able to find anything and made me feel confident that if it happened again I could bring it right in and they would take a look at it. Thank you
Michael made my concerns feel top priority and made me feel like he personally cared for my vehicle. As far as the work done, I know he didn’t personally work on my vehicle he’s just the customer service rep so I’m monitoring the work as I’ve had to return to the shop multiple times but this was my first time working directly with Michael. Thank you, Michael for your warming and welcoming personality, taking the time to talk to me like a man, which goes a long way.
It has a been pleasure to bring my car for service at your location. Tizz Abdul, the gentleman who helped us at the front desk was not only professional and courteous but made sure we were provided with the best service while waiting. And also have to give credit to David, he makes the process of making each appointment so easy and always takes the time to listen to our questions or concerns.
Oil leaked from my car after an oil change, causing me to return to the dealership to fix the problem. You had no wrecker to help. Luckily , I was with a mechanic who told me I could make it back to you to get it fixed. This was my first time going there. Not exactly promising. I will be back and hope things go better.
Prices are outrageous and disappointed that this service center no longer does inspections, but the service was great.
