There was just a lack of communication I wasn’t fond of.
I gone for a recall on my vehicle with the brake stopper pad replacement and adjustment on the brake pedal. I was laid to saying I need to pay a diagnostic fee to check what else it would be. They claimed to tell me I needed new rear brake line and calibers on both right and left back wheels. I didn't trust that as I have already got a complete brake inspection a week before coming here and had the brake bleeder screws replaced with a brake flush and brake leak checked. I have gone back to find out it was nothing wrong with any have what they mentioned and all it was one of the brake bleeder screws needed to get fixed. I will never come back here as all you guys want to do is lie to get more money. I knew exactly everything that it could have been which is why I vovided getting work done here. I shouldn't even have to pay that diagnostic fee as they didn't diagnostic anything. I actually demand getting a refund back for my $168

Damon was wonderful. I have no fault with him,however my request for help going over systems with my car were not considered. I understood my salesman, Cameron was busy with a customer . That is $ in his pocket and yours but too be told to make an appt. rather than having a add’l salesperson help as Damon suggested does not sit well with me.

I’ve purchased two new vehicles from this location, going back to 2013. The customer service I experienced last week was actually insulting. I have no idea who is running this location currently but so many of your employees have no idea what they are doing. I will be taking any car business I have elsewhere, there is no need to contact me, thank you.
Already traded it for another leased Hyundai at Pride.
Service was quick, Michael was knowledgeable.
Micheal was very professional and listened to what issues we mentioned aside from why I brought the car in. But there was no not on if the second issue was taken care of and I’ve been dealing with this issue since a few months after getting the car almost 2 years ago
Rear light is still out

I was completely robbed of 1200 dollars in my mind. I will be leaving a review and am absolutely done with hyundai period after I get rid of this car.
You will never receive business from me or anyone I know ever. From not returning phone calls to not fixing my vehicle, Pride Hyundai is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I have no idea how any of you are employed in any form or fashion.
