Very poor service from start to finish. I arrived at my scheduled time and was told I did not have an appointment - that the person who scheduled me erred by making me a 730 appt because even though they are open at 730, they do not take appointments until 8. Additionally, Hyundai submitted a claim for a service I did not receive so when I went for my covered maintenance, I was told I could not get it covered. The person who was assisting me offered to ask the manager if there was anything they could do about it and I overheard the manager telling him to "Sort it out with homegirl because there's no way I'm eating the cost of an oil change" The whole thing was very unprofessional and I left without getting any service done.

Damon from the start has been professional and helped with trying to get things resolved. The issue is the technician that worked on the problem and created a new issue which made me have to come back to have it rectified.

Very satisfied.... unfortunately the diagnostic did not work out, but only because the problem that I was having has not been happening for the week since I went to PRIDE to tell the service dept & to make a service appt. But Jordan told me that if it happens again, that I should record it on my phone and come back to make another appt. I did have the security recall done as well as an oil & air filter change. This work was done in a very timely manner.
