I tried to tell them something was wrong with my battery/ car they were very passive didn't seem to care much gave me a paper saying nothing was wrong with my car my battery died out on me TODAY the VERY SAME DAY! I had to get a jump to get home!

Service staff was friendly, knowledgeable, addressed the problems I was having with my vehicle, and provided advice going forward. This was a big change from my past experience at Seekonk location with previous service staff.
They offered me a warranty to check my car's engine, and when the service manager arrived, he told me they wouldn't do it, wasting my time.

The overall service was fine, and my customer service rep was great. But, the car was not washed nor vacuumed as has always been standard practice.
