Andrew was very helpful explaining the issue and provided a solution that was well aligned with my preferences.
I called right after I left, my rear view camera and reverse lights are not working anymore after being serviced. Woman on the phone told me she would leave the workers a note to call me tomorrow. Upset as I do not live in locally.
Our appt was 10:15am. The cars were in 3 long lines & it was 30 min before we talked to anyone. Perhaps over scheduling??
We were told it would take 90 min to fix…& it was. Thank you.
Mae even gave us a car wash which we appreciated.
So time scheduling was the problem…
