I understand it was the Friday before Thanksgiving, but waiting for 45 minutes just to get through the drop-off process is too long. Especially sitting in the line and having no one even stop by to say “sorry for the wait; we’ll be with you as soon as we can” to acknowledge you’re there and waiting made it more irritating.
