Everything was great. I had a appointment at 2:45PM AND WAS WAITING AT TOYOTA for my car to be done and it took over 2hours just for a oil change. I just hought an appointment helped with not taking too long but the customer service was good

Everyone was very friendly, competent and efficient. I felt it was time well spent and I’m very confident. My car was taken care of in the best way.
Today when I was in Toyota, they told me it would take between an hour and a half to two hours observers I was there for 4 1/2 hours. Nobody gave me a call or anything to tell me I’ll be waiting for two extra hours. I was disappointed.
