So I came here n to use the flyer for the $129 4 wheel service. I said that was all I needed today. Well you aren’t happy with that so you have to find something “wrong” to make some more profit. I know I needed a cabin air filter since I’m dealing with lot’s of rodents at my house. Your price to replace the filter which I do fairly easy is crazy. I can replace the engine air filter easily. All this and you can’t run it through the car wash ??

I needed the service to be fast so I could go back to work and they accommodated me in the middle of their day. I bought a car 2 months ago and the battery died. It was a 4-year-old one but they decided to give me a new one free of cost. It was great customer service. They did it so I would be happy. Their words. It meant a lot to me, especially around this time of the year. I’ve had Toyotas since 2019 and I’m always pleased with the professionalism and service.
Manny was awesome. He explained everything and I knew what to expect.
Juan said that I couldn’t use the coupon I had in my pictures so I almost left but then I remembered to search in my emails and sure enough I found the email containing the coupons. I was then approached by another person who offered to help. I wanted to be helped by him but he then called Juan. It was not the best experience in the beginning but Juan did tell me about other service package options.
He was very easy to deal with, and the whole process was punctual and he kept me informed. Thanks

Jose was super responsive, answering all of my questions and concerns. He and the dealership were very communicative about the whole process. The repairs were done in a timely manner as promised, and the cost of the repairs did not exceed the estimate that I had been given. It was a good experience to work with Escondido Toyota’s service department.
