Manuel was super helpful and extremely friendly. He provided accurate estimates and was able to service my car timely.

Took 2 hours longer than expected for a total of 4 hours for an oil change.

This is the second Tacoma that I’ve owned. The first one was back in 2006 and I always took my Toyotas to get serviced at a Toyota dealership because I always felt welcomed and my answers were always answered. I was always helped out even if it wasn’t by the employee that took my keys. Yet, I felt disregard, unwelcomed but also uncared for. I felt like the employee that took my keys either didn’t want to be at work or was bothered by something. He didn’t offer any other services nor did he even ask if I had any questions nor concerns. He didn’t call me to inform me that my truck’s service was complete until I called the dealership concerned that I’d have to spend the new years without transportation. Even then, he didn’t ask if there was anything else that he could do. I experienced the worse customer service that I’ve ever had and I’ll never return to this dealership for anything again.

Fast, friendly service. I bring my work with me and work at one of the empty desks in the sales room so no time is wasted from my day A+.

Jose was really nice and straightforward and that’s the way the service industry should be. He wished me a happy new year and said I had a nice truck.????
